Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. We cannot accept any returns after that date. Returns must be in new condition, with tags still attached.  Returns cannot be worn, altered, or washed. Truly Yours reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned. Accessories, jewelry, gift & home items, sale items, and items bought on sale with a discount code of 30% or higher are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping paid within 7 business days.

*Beginning November 1st, we will extend our return policy to accommodate holiday gift giving. All full priced apparel purchased on or after November 10th can be returned or exchanged within 14 days or by January 8th. Accessories, jewelry, home goods, sale items, and items bought using a discount of 30% or higher are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

How do I return an item?

  1. Contact us at erin@shoptrulyyours.com to let us know that you would like to return an item. Please include your order number and state the item that you would like to return in your e-mail. Please let us know if you would like us to email you a return label or if you would like to ship the item on your own. 
  2. If your item is returnable, we will let you know via e-mail. 
  3. Pack the unworn item(s) and invoice in the same way they were received.
  4. Address the package to the return address found on your original package.
  5. Drop the package off at any post office (for USPS shipping) or UPS store.
  6. Once the package arrives, it can take up to 5-7 business days to process it and issue your refund. The value of your original shipping cost will be deducted from the final credit amount of your return. If we provided you a return label, $7 will be deducted from your refund total. 

How do I exchange an item?

  1. Contact us at erin@shoptrulyyours.com to let us know that you would like to exchange an item. Please include your order number and state the item that you would like to return in your e-mail as well as the item you would like to receive as an exchange.
  2. If your item is exchangeable, we will let you know via e-mail.  We will then place and ship the new order and will gladly cover the shipping charges.
  3. Pack the unworn item(s) and invoice in the same way they were received.
